Genetic diversity of Sichuan wheat cultivars based on quantitative morphological traits

摘要 本文对四川 5 0年来年推广面积 60 7hm2 以上的 40个小麦品种进行了数量性状遗传多样性探讨。方差分析表明品种间确实存在真实遗传差异。用 8个主成分中代表 92 2 %变异的 5个主成分计算了品种间遗传距离 (GD) ,变异范围 0 62~ 46 86,平均遗传距离 14。根据遗传距离可将供试品种聚为 5类 ,性状差异大的品种分别聚为不同的类。分析认为四川小麦品种间数量性状上的遗传差异大 。 The genetic diversity of quantitative morphological traits was determined among 40 wheat cultivars,which had once popularized above 60 7 ha per year during the past 50 years Variance analysis showed that the true variation was lied in the studied cultivars There were 8 principle components(PCs)and 5 of them could explained 92 2% of the variance Squared Euclidean Distances based on PC scores ranged from 0 62 to 46 86,with an average of 14 Cluster analysis showed that the studied cultivars could be classified into 5 clusters,and the major clusters grouped cultivars of similar quantitative morphological traits All these suggested that Sichuan wheat cultivars had high genetic diversity in quantitative traits
