摘要
通过人工驯化野生长根奥德蘑 (Oudemansiellaradicata (Relhan :Fr )Sing ) ,选育出新品种露水鸡。经 3年以上的试验研究 ,结果表明 ,露水鸡性状稳定 ,比对照增产 2 5 0 0 %～ 41 3 8% ,氨基酸总量较对照高出 5 14 % ,抗生产上常见杂菌的能力强 ,商品性好 。
The studies on the naturalization of wild Oudemansiella radicata were carried out A new variety Lushijizong was obtained Regional trials showed that its hereditary properties were steady and commodity qualities were superior The yield of Lushujizong was 25 00%-41 38% higher than that of contrast,and the amino acid content was 5 14%higher than that of contrast Lushijizong showed good anti mould ability in the test It was concluded that Lushuijizong was valuable in the mushroom production
