摘要
采用元素含量测定和X -射线微区分析方法 ,比较铝胁迫下外源钙对两个小麦品种幼苗营养元素吸收和分布的影响。提高铝胁迫下营养液中钙浓度 ,小麦对铝的吸收迅速下降 ,铝从根往叶鞘和叶片的转运增加 ,根和地上部分铝积累之比下降 ;钙和磷吸收增加 ,根、叶鞘和叶片中钙、磷含量上升 ,品种Scout 66比品种Altas 66更为明显。铝和钙分布的变化也很明显 ,增加介质钙浓度后 ,铝在表皮细胞和皮层细胞中积累明显下降 ,中柱薄壁细胞没有铝分布 ,表皮中钙含量增加较明显。
Effects of calcium on the nutrient elements absorption and distribution in seedlings of two wheat cultivars under aluminum stress were compared by the nutrient element determination and X ray microanalysis The increase of calcium concentration in the nutrient solution under aluminum stress inhibited aluminum absorption,increased aluminum transport from root to leaf sheath and leaf,and decreased the ratio of aluminum content in root to that in shoot of 2 cultivars roots The absorption of calcium and phosphorus increased,the contents of calcium and phosphorus of root,leaf sheath and leaf increased,the increase in Scout 66 was more evident than that in Altas 66 under aluminum stress The distributions of aluminum and calcium changed distinctly The percentage of Al 3+ in total inorganic ions in epidermal cell and cortical cell decreased,and there was no aluminum distribution in stelar parenchyma cell Calcium distributed mainly in epidermal cell
