氟中毒鸡血液中SOD和LPO含量的变化

Variation of SOD and LPO in the blood of chicken Poisoned by NaF

20日龄雏鸡日粮中分别加入 5 0 0mg/kg、10 0 0mg/kg、2 5 0 0mg/kg的氟化钠 ,待中毒第 15、3 0、40d后 ,陆续剖杀 ,分别测定不同剂量和不同时间氟中毒鸡血液中的SOD和LPO的含量。结果表明 ,氟中毒的病鸡其血液SOD和LPO都发生了明显的改变 ,其中SOD活性和GSH PX活性在各实验组中均呈显著下降 ,LPO含量随着时间的延长呈显著升高 (P <0 0 1) ,三者含量变化均与血清F含量变化相一致 ,且呈剂量 -效应关系 ,提示自由基参与了氟中毒的发生、发展这一致病过程 。
