摘要
以生姜芽尖为外植体,MS为基本培养基,添加不同的激素配比,在MS+BA1.0mg/L上诱导分化形成苗,在1.5MS+BA2.0mg/L+IBA0.5mg/L上继代培养可达到快繁的目的,生根适宜的培养基为MS+NAA0.1mg/L。
Pointed bud of green rhizomes was adopted as explants and cultured on Ms medium supplemented with different combinations of plant growth regulators.The best results of callus induction were achieved on Ms enriched with BA1.0mg /L.The best results of shoot speed reproduction were achieved on Ms enriched with BA2.0mg /L and IBA0.5mg /L.Optimum rnedia of growth roots were Ms+NAA0.1mg /L.
