摘要
研究了旋转机械的全息谱分析方法 ,实现了 x和 y两方向振动信息的融合。尤其是矢谱 ,在双通道 FFT的基础上 ,可直接分析出单频椭圆的 3个特征参数。把全息谱引入启停分析 ,可进行全息泊德图和全息瀑布图的分析。指出三维全息谱能用于旋转机械的动平衡 ,同时还介绍了全息谱分析软件的编制特点。
This paper introduced the holo-spectrum analysis of rotor vibrations of rotating machinery.The holo-spectrum is the fussion of the vibrations in two mutually perpendicular directions.Especially,the three feature parameters of an elipse with single frequency can be obtained by direct analysis of the vector spectrum,which is the improvement of two-dimensional holo-spectrum.Introducing the holo-spectrum into start-stop condition analysis,we can make holo-bode plot and holo-waterfall plot analysis of the vibrations.The features for compiling the software for holo-spectrum analysis are also introduced.
