毛细管电泳技术是一种重要的生物分离分析技术 ,本文讨论了该技术的作用原理 ,分析了影响毛细管电泳的因素 。
Electrophoresis is an important separation and analysis technology of biochemistry.This paper introduces the development of electrophoresis,discusses its principles and analyzes the factors of affecting the capillary electrophoresis.The applications of electrophoresis in biochemistry are also introduced in detail.
