This paper describes one of the ways of optimum distribution of the reliability of a complex system, that is the distribution at the lowest cost, and its application. It presents not only the concept of the distribution at the lowest cost and a living example of its application, but also the mathematical processing prior to the distribution and the reliability modeling of a complex system. In this paper, an affirmation of this way of distribution is given. Besides, this paper points out that if this way is combined with other ones, the optimum distribution of the reliability of a complex system can be achieved.
