摘要
以中国 32 0 0 m3大型空间环境模拟器为基础论述了环模试验设备的检漏技术 ,目的是为大型试验设备的检漏提供一些有益的思路和方法。文章重点分析了氦质谱检漏仪法 ,并从理论和实践的基础上对其最小可检灵敏度进行了分析。
The general leakage detection techniques of space simulator based on a 3200m 2 chinese space simulator are presented. The intention of the paper is providing some helpful thoughts and means for leakage detection of a space simulator. The paper discusses in detail the helium mass spectrometer leakage detector and analyzes sensitivity of helium mass spectrometer leakage detector based on theory and practice. In the end the paper discusses how to design the whole leakage detection scheme of a large simulator.
