HTPB推进剂实验室空气中污染物种类鉴定

Identification of pollutants in the air of HTPB propellants laboratory

以活性碳为吸附剂 ,对HTPB推进剂小型装药线混合、浇注、硫化岗位空气中的污染物进行了富集采样。样品经超声解吸后 ,利用气相色谱 质谱联用分析技术对所得样品进行定性分析 ,发现污染物多种 ,其中主要是 4 乙烯基环己烯、乙酸乙酯 ,此外还含有较多的 1,5 环辛二烯、1,2 二乙烯基环丁烷等。丁羟橡胶中的小分子副产物是构成混合、浇注岗位空气污染的重要物质。

The pollutant samples in air of mixing,casting and vulcanizing sections of small-scale HTPB propellant processing line were taken by use of activated carbon.After desorption with ultrasonic,the samples were analyzed by gas chromatography/mass spectrometry(GC/MS).A lot of pollutants were found,among which the major varieties are ethyl acetate,4-vinylcyclohexen?1,5-cyclooctadiene and 1,2-divinylcyclobutane.Small molecular by-products during HTPB manufacturing are the major air pollutants of mixing and casing section.
