摘要
综述了Si/C/N纳米微粉的制备方法 ,比较了相互之间的优缺点 ;分析了Si/C/N纳米粉体的结构以及在热处理条件下微结构的变化 ,指出了尚待解决的问题与今后的应用前景。
Preparation methods of Si C N nano powder, their advantages and disadvantages,the microstructure of Si N C nano powder and its microstructure transformation under different heat treatments are summarized,and the existing problems and future application prospects are presented.
