摘要
用粒度相同、不同BeO含量的铍粉开展了BeO对铍材微屈服强度 (σmys)的研究 ;结果发现 ,与BeO含量相比 ,BeO在铍中的分布状态对σmys的影响更大。在晶界及晶内较细小弥散分布的BeO对基体铍有弥散强化作用 ,使σmys较高 ;如果BeO较粗大地成簇状聚集在晶界 ,反而对σmys有不良的影响。
Influence of BeO on microyield strength ( σ mys ) is studied using beryllium material made from beryllium powders with same particle size but different contents of BeO. Experimental results show that distribution of the BeO in beryllium has more influence on σ mys compared with the content of BeO. Dispersed fine BeO particles on grain boundaries can strengthen the beryllium matrix,and result in a high σ mys ,but clustered coarse BeO particles may result in negative influence on σ mys on the contrary.
