摘要
研究了基于CCD视频图像定位的超声成像检测技术 ,设计并完成了工程化的CCD定位手动扫描超声成像检测系统 ,该系统扫描图像最大尺寸为 5 0 0× 5 0 0象素点 ;扫描分辨率连续可调 ,最高分辨率可达0 .1mm/象素点 ;定位精度为一个象素点。CCD定位使得超声成像检测不受场地、工件形状的限制 ,应用面广阔。该系统已在碳纤维增强复合材料的检测上得到了良好的应用。
The technique of ultrasonic image testing for composite materials based on the technique of CCD video image locating is studied. The engineering testing system of manual scan imaging based on CCD locating is designed and made with maximum scan dimension of 500pixel×500pixel. The scan resolution can be adjusted consecutively, maximum resolution can reach 0.1mm/pixel and the locating accuracy is one pixel. The CCD locating technique also enables the ultrasonic imaging test to work without limitation of work fields and composite parts shape. This system has a promising application for the testing of carbon fiber composite materials.
