摘要
介绍一种内燃机活塞外圆仿形车床使用的基于Smith预估器的直线电机控制系统 ,对其原理进行了介绍 ,并针对具有实时响应的Smith预估器进行分析。为保证系统具有稳定、高频响应的性能 ,列出了该系统与不同的直线电机相联接时 ,位置与速度反馈参数匹配的调节方法。
The paper introduced a control system of DC linear motor based on Smith controller used in piston turning machine. The principle of DC linear motor system was first explained, and then the Smith controller with sensitive response was analyzed in detail. In order to get a stable and sensitive response, the way of regulation for feedback parameter matching of position and velocity of the control system was listed for different DC linear motors.
