摘要
本文介绍了加弧辉光离子渗镀技术的基本原理 ,几年来在基础研究和应用研究方面取得的新进展 ,以及本技术的延伸与扩展。研究表明该技术可以在普通碳钢、钛合金表面形成各种金属及合金的渗层、镀层、渗镀结合层 ,也可在其表面合成金属氮碳化合物薄膜 ,达到提高表面耐磨、抗蚀。
The fundamental theory of the arc-added glow diacharge plasma surface alloying technique is introduced, the recent developments of the basic research and the applied research are summarized, as well as, the extension and expansion of this process is presented in this paper. Researches indicated that this process can produce various alloy-layers on the surfaces of common carbon steels and Titanium alloys. The thin films of metal carbon-nitrogen compound can be synthesized too. The characteristics, such as wear、corrosion and high temperature oxidation resistance, of the substrate surface are enhanced.
