摘要 近几年我国燃料电池的研究开发取得了长足的进展 ,特别在质子交换膜燃料电池方面 ,达到或接近了世界水平 ;在熔融碳酸盐燃料电池、固体氧化物燃料电池技术等方面也取得一些进展。但在总体上 ,我国燃料电池仍处于科研阶段 ,与国外相比 ,水平较低。发达国家都已将大型燃料电池的开发作为重点研究项目 ,并取得了许多重要成果 ,各等级的燃料电池发电厂相继建成 ,即将取代传统发电机及内燃机而广泛应用于发电及汽车动力。我国应集中研究力量 ,加大投入 。 Some big achievements of fuel cell technology R&D in China has been obtained in recent years. Especially, Proton Exchange Membrane Fuel Cells (PEMFC) have been successfully developed and reached or closed to the world level. There were some progresses also in the technologies for Molten Carbonate Fuel Cell (MCFC) and Solid Oxide Fuel Cell (SOFC) etc. As a whole, compare with advanced countries, fuel cell in our country is situated in the stage of research and experiment, the development level is relatively low. Fuel cell power stations in series scales have been built in succession in developed countries. They will be used instead of internal combustion engine and electrical machine to generate electricity and drive automobile. We have to gather research forces and increase expenses to promote R&D of fuel cell generate electricity technology, and apply them to practice.
