人类新基因电子克隆的自动化软件系统建立和实验验证与功能研究

摘要 2002年4月14日至17日在上海国际会议中心举行的第七届国际人类基因组大会(HUGO SEVENTHINTERNATION HUMAN GENOME MEETING,HGM2002)上,有5篇Poster论文获奖,包括英国、美国、俄国、中国台湾和中国大陆各一篇,中国大陆获奖的论文是北京大学人类疾病基因研究中心博士后张德礼、博士生丁培国、国家人类基因组北方研究中心研究生孙晓静、中国科学院生物物理研究所凌伦奖副研究员与陈润生研究员及本中心主任马大龙教授合作完成的研究论文《In Silico Cloning of Novel HumanGenes and Their Experimental Verification》(人类新基因的电子克隆和实验确认)(第71号Poster)。 国际人类基因组大会由国际人类基因组组织(Human Genome Organization,HUGO)主办,前六届均在发达国家召开。第七届国际人类基因组大会是HUGO首次在发展中国家举行,来自世界各地的2000多名正式代表参加了会议。 会议口头发言分大会报告、专题报告和小组报告三种形式,我国只有陈竺和于军教授分别作了题为《Acute promyelocytic leukemia-a model of functional genomics study of leukemia》和《Moreto do,and more to learn》的大会报告,我国没有人作专题和小组报告,可见资金投入和研究水平亟待提高。
