文章从软件产业化分析入手 ,提出软件质量过程管理是一种企业能力 ,并给出实现过程管理的规范化模型。

Starting from the industrialization of software, this paper points out that the software quality process control is an ability of enterprises, and gives a regularized model for realizing the process control.
