劈分法轧制H型近终形连铸坯的试验研究

Experimental research of splitting rolling near net shape casting billet of H-shape

根据马钢的具体情况 ,在实验轧机上采用铅件模拟应用劈分法轧制了H6 30mm× 4 70mm的H型钢 。

Based on the billet and equipment condition of rolling H-shape steel of Maanshan Iron and steel Co.,Ltd.,a simulation experiment was sucessfully carried out for rolling H630mm×470mm H-shape steel by splitting method.Mean while,the deformation rules were discussed of splitting rolling wide-flange H-shape steel by near net shape casting billet.
