摘要
针对轧机传动轴基准位置发生变化 ,而影响螺旋钢筋质量的问题 ,莱钢采用基准变换法 ,先确定轧辊的原始定位 ,再确定轧辊的加工基准 ,由此在普通二辊轧辊上顺利生产出了合格的螺旋钢筋 。
In view of the problem of changing benchmark position of transmission shaft of mill, which effect the quality of spiral reinforced bar, a method of changing benchmark point was applied of fixing the roll location at first and then confirming the benchmark position of roll machining. As the result, the spiral reinforced bar was successfully produced by common two-h mill.
