摘要
从汽化冷却系统的原理、流速、循环倍率入手 ,分析了加热炉的横水管门形支撑管“鼓包”、破裂 ,纵水管下沉 ,汽包振动等现象 ,找出了失效的原因 。
The seak of the failure causes of evaporative cooling of heating furnace, the authors start with analysis of its mechanism,velocity of flow,circular multiplication as well as various failure appearance. Meanwhile,the effective preventive measures were put forward.
