摘要 为了提高1420Al-Li合金的强度,研究了电场固溶和时效处理对1420Al-Li合金拉伸性能的影响,并利用透射电子显微镜观察、分析了合金的显微组织.研究表明:在固溶和时效过程中施加电场可以提高合金的强度,而塑性降低不大;合金的强度随电场强度增加而升高,当电场强度超过6kV·cm-1后则有所降低,合金的拉伸性能随电场强度的变化有一最佳值;TEM分析发现,在固溶和时效过程中电场作用可以使δ'相的数量增加、尺寸减小,使合金的亚结构细化,同时使位错密度增加. The effect of solution tr ea tment and aging in electric field on tensile properties of1420Al-Li alloy was studied and the microstructure was observed and analyzed using the transmis sion electron microscope.The testing results show that the strength of the allo y was raised,while the reduction of plasticity was not severe.The alloy streng th increases with increasing the electric field intensity at the beginning but decreases when field inten-sity is over6kV·cm -1 .So an optimum tensile property was found as the electric field intensity c hanges.Through TEM analysis it was found that the quantity of the?'phase was i ncreased,the size of the?' phase particles was reduced,the dislocation densit y was raised,and a fine sub-structure of the alloy was obtained.
