摘要
电极丝在加工过程中受各种力的作用会发生形位变化 ,直接影响加工精度和加工稳定性。本文通过实验分析 ,研究了电极丝的形位变化规律 。
The form and position of wire electrode varied inevitably because of many forces appeared in machining process. These variations have direct influence on machining precision and stability. In this paper, the variation rules of wire electrode were investigated by experimental analysis, and some measures were suggested to stabilize the form and position of wire electrode in machining process.
