摘要
开发了一种塑料模具快速制作的工艺。该工艺利用薄材叠层 (LOM )快速成形机制作原型 ,结合硅橡胶转制和精密铸造方法 ,实现模具的快速制造。模具材料使用锌基合金 ,模具制作周期短、成本低、质量好。利用该工艺制造了汽车塑料灯罩的模具。
A process of rapid manufacturing for plastic moulds was developed. The prototype of products was made by LOM Rapid Prototyping system. Combining with silicone rubber moulding and precision casting technology, zinc based alloy mould for the plastic products was obtained. This process takes advantages of short manufacture cycle, low cost, good quality of mould. With this process the mould of car lampshade was manufactured.
