在分析调速主轴电机及机床主轴的功率扭矩特性的基础上 ,研究了采用调速电机的数控机床主运动变速系统各参数之间的关系 ,并建立了确切的公式 。

On the basis of analysing velocity modulation major axis motor of machine tool's and major axis power torque characters,This article has studied parameters' relations of NC machine tool's major movement variable speed system in velocity modulation motor and set up the exact formula,and suggested designing rules on the major movement variable speed system of stepless velocity modulation by stages in series of machinery-electricity.
