摘要
卷接机是卷烟厂自动化程度较高的生产设备 ,也是烟草行业中的主要噪声污染源。本文结合某工厂使用的Mark9 5卷接机进行了详细噪声分析 ,并据分析结果提出了一种主、被动联合控制的降噪方案。试验结果表明 ,该方案对降低卷接机噪声 ,改善其声质量是行之有效的。
The windlass is an extensive roboticized facility in the factory that produces cigarettes, which is a main source of noise in the industry of baccy. The noise of windlass Mark9-5, used in a factory, is analyzed. According to the analytic results, a combination solution of the active and passive method to reduce noise is presented. The experiments show that the solution is useful for reducing the noise of windlass and improving its sound quality.
