本文将精益生产的哲理应用于生产线车间平面布局设计之中 ,提出了生产线车间布局的数学模型和结构模型 ,并根据设备的特点提出了车间设备分类的方法 ,在此基础上根据不同设备分类的特点 ,提出了基于设备分类的定序算法和定位算法。本文在定位算法中还首次提出了“类八叉树”的平面分割方法 。
