摘要
高速切削是切削加工发展的主要方向之一,它的应用可以大幅度提高生产效率、降低加工成本。根据需要优化选择合适的切削速度,才能真正发挥高速切削的优势。这里提出了高速切削最大生产率和最低成本优化模型,对高速切削时的切削速度进行了优化计算,探讨了主轴角加(减)速度、机床功率和刀具成本等对切削速度优化选择的影响。
High speed machining (HSM) technology is one of the most typical advanced manufacturing technologies at present intheworld.HSM has been known as a technological solution for high productivity to increase economic efficiency inmanufacturing.To determine the optimum cutting speed is imperatively important totake the advantages of the HSM technology.This paper presents the optimal models for the lowest cost and the highest production rate.The factors of spindle angular acceleration(deceleration),power and tool cost are taken into consideration.
