摘要
砂轮弹性变形影响磨削接触区长度,进而影响磨削刀、磨削温度、磨削质量、砂轮磨损等。本文对锥面砂轮磨齿机磨齿时,砂轮的接触弹性变形、弯曲弹性变形进行了分析研究,导出磨齿过程中砂轮弹性变形的计算公式。这对于提高磨齿质量,加深对磨齿的认识是非常有用的。
The elastic deformation of grinding wheel causes the change of contact length during grinding teeth and then affects grinding forces and grinding temperature and grinding quality and wheel wear during grinding teeth and so on.In this paper the contact deformation and bend deformation of the grinding wheel is analyzed during the grinding teeth of cone-shaped grinding wheel machine and then get the change law of deformations of the grinding wheel.It is very useful for us to develop the quality of grinding teeth adn add the knowledge on grinding teeth.
