摘要
在分析了混合式磨削数控编程系统的实用性基础上,构建了基于混合式数控编程的开放式磨削系统平台,讨论了砂轮管理与定时修整以及磨削循环过程的控制与监测等磨削通用模块,给出了万能外圆磨削系统的应用实例。
Based of the analysis of the practicality of the composite-programming grinder CNC system,the open platform of grinder CNC system was designed in composite-programming way.And also some universal modules,such as the wheel module of management and dressing,the module of the grinding cycle's control and watching were discussed.Finally,an external cylindrical grinding CNC system was the example.
