棉结杂质直接影响着成品的外观质量以及牵伸区的纤维正常运行 ,造成条干不匀 ,强力下降。为确保产品质量的稳定提高 ,我们采用控制图对生条疵点进行控制 ,做到发现问题 ,重点预防及消除 。

The appearance quality of finished product are affected by the heps and motes directly,and whether the draff zone of fibre running normally or not are affected by them, too.In order to guarantee the product quality stably improved,we used the diagram to the defects of card sliver for controlling,and get good result.
