摘要
所研制的汽油辛烷值分析仪采用空气与汽油混合物在高温下的氧化反应的冷馅反应原理。测是量结果符合GB5 0 3 -85和GB5 487-85的规定。测量范围为 5个辛烷值单位 :研究法(RON) :85~ 90或 90~ 95或 95~ 99;马达法 (MON) :68~ 73或 73~ 78或 78~ 83。精确度、重复性、再现性、稳定性、分辨率 :不大于± 0 3辛烷值。分析周期 :5~ 1 0 0min ,可程序设定。耗油量 :每次进样约 0 1 2 5ml。温度反应器装置根据国家标准GB3 83 6 2 0 83规定要求设计成隔爆型 ,防爆标志为ExdⅡAT4,符合GB3 83 6 1 -83规定。能在线连续测量辛烷值。简要地介绍了防爆型汽油辛烷值分析仪的测量原理、测量电路和仪表结构。
The measuring principle of the petrol octane value analyzer is on based oxidation reaction principle of air and gas admixture at high temperature,measure result accord with prescribe of GB503-85 and GB5487-85,measure range 5 octane value,research octane number(RON)85~90 or 90~95 or 95~99,motor octane number(MON)68~73 or 73~78 or78~83,definiton,repetition,reproduction,stability,differentiate ≤±0 3 octane value,analysis cycle 5~100 minute and programmable,consume oil 0.125ml at a time.The temperature ractor is a separate explode model,is designed according to GB3836.2083 standard,prevent explode sign ExdⅡAT4,accord with prescribe of GB3836.1-83.On-line continuum measuring of octane value is able.The measuring principle,measuring circuit and instrument structure of the petrol octane value analyzer are introduced.
