摘要
铜冶炼固定式精炼反射炉的加料设备普遍采用桥式加料机和地面加料机,目前基本上都采用机械传动方式。TJ-18型地面加料机其挑杆回转运动与上下摆动运动采用了液压传动,设备重量轻,结构紧凑、动作灵敏、操作方便。本文对其液压系统进行了详细的设计计算,确定了液压系统的主要参数并进行了设计选型。
The charging installations of fixed refining reverberatory for copper smelting generally use bridgecharger and ground charger with mechanical drive. Rotating and up-down swinging of the ram for TJ-18 groundcharger are hydraulically driven, which can reduce the weight of equipment, make structure contact and be conve-nient to operate. Detail design calculation for hydraulic system is made, mian parameters are determined and de-sign selection is carried out.
