摘要
介绍了宝钢 30 0t转炉复吹的概况 ,阐述了目前复吹的工艺参数和特点 ,重点比较了管线钢、集装箱钢、超低碳钢和低碳铝镇静钢在复吹与顶吹转炉上的冶金效果 ,说明了复吹转炉在铁水锰的回收、脱磷、脱硫以及氧气单耗等方面均比顶吹转炉有利。
The technological parameters and characteristics of combined blowing for the 300t converter at Baosteel are described.The metallurgical effects of pipeline steel,container steel,ultra low carbon steel and low carbon aluminum killed steel in different converters(combined blowing and top blowing) are compared.The result indicates that the combined blowing converter is superior to top blowing converter in terms of recovery of manganese of hot metal,dephosphorization,desulfurization and consumption of oxygen gas.The problems and relative measure are also put forward.
