摘要
采用凝胶注模成型方法 ,以丙烯酰胺为单体 ,( NH4 ) 2 S2 O8-Na HSO3为引发剂 ,研究了卫生陶瓷凝胶注模成型工艺。探讨了不同工艺条件 (单体、引发剂、减水剂的加入量及坯体成型温度等因素 )
Gelcasting technology of sanitary using acrylamide as monomer and (NH 4) 2S 2O 8-NaHSO 3 as redox initiator was studied. Also, the influence of different technological condition (monomer , initiator, deflocculant content and forming temperature) on demolding time and dry-strength of ceramic body was studied.
