启动豆腐渣工程——我国开发与利用大豆加工副产品的方向构想

豆腐渣是大豆加工过程中的主要副产品 ,具有较高的营养价值。目前 ,我国对豆腐渣进行合理利用的开发研究工作较少 ,使这一部分可利用资源被浪费掉 ,其宏观统计数字十分惊人。豆腐渣的利用问题是一个牵扯到多地域、多层面的问题 ,国际上发达国家很重视对其合理开发利用的研究工作。在我国启动豆腐渣工程具有长远的社会、经济意义 ,而且刻不容缓。

Bean curd residue is the main by-product of the soybean processing,and it has good nutritional value.There is little rational exploitation,search and corresponding work of bean curd residue in our country,so this available resource is wasted greatly.The development and use of bean curd residue,is a project involved with many areas and aspects,and developed countries in the world attach importance to its rational exploitation ,search and high technology processing work. Our country is developing fast in recent years.To start the project of bean curd residue not only has a social and economic significance,but also is of great urgency.
