摘要 结合中国铁矿深凹露天转地下开采的特点 ,论述了灾害预警信息化方向 ,阐述了灾害预警机制、灾害预警信息源、灾害预警方法的最优决策等信息化关键问题。提出了深化灾害主控因素、宏观破坏特征、灾变规律与失稳分析方法、监测体系配置、监测与反分析共轭互补、决策支持系统、分类分区系统网络、对策体系与措施。 According to the features of Chinese iron mines shifting from deep opencast mining to underground mining (TDOMUM), the present paper expounds the information orientation of disaster-early-warning and some key aspects about information, such as the mechanism of disaster early-warning, the information source and the optimal decision of disaster early-warning. It is proposed that the main procedures and connotations of disaster-early-warning information include the complementary coupling research on the issues of the deepening of main disaster controlling factors, macro damage features, the disaster regularities and analysis methods of unstability, monitoring system configuration, the conjugate complementation of monitoring and counter analysis, decision support system, classified regional system networks, countermeasure system and measures, information system technology and methods etc.
