治偏灵对实验动物血液流变性及微循环的影响

Effects of Zhipianling on Hemorrheology and Microcirculation of Experimental Animals

目的探讨治偏灵的活血化瘀作用。方法以注射盐酸肾上腺素和冰水浴的方法造成大鼠的血瘀证模型 ,观察治偏灵对模型大鼠血液流变性的影响。并以微循环显微镜观察该药对小鼠耳廓微循环的影响。结果治偏灵能够降低血瘀证大鼠的全血粘度和血浆粘度 ,并能抑制血小板聚集和血栓形成。该药还能增加正常小鼠耳廓微动脉、微静脉的管径 ,加快微循环的血流速度。结论治偏灵具有良好的活血化瘀作用 ,改善血液流变性、调节微循环可能是其主要作用机理。

Objective To explore the effects of Zhipianling on promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis.Methods Reproduce the rat model of blood stasis by injecting adrenalin hydrochloride and bathing in ice water, observe effects of Zhipianling on hemorrheology of rat models and on microcirculation of mouse auricula with microcirculation microscope.Results Zhipianling can decrease whole blood viscosity and blood plasma viscosity and depress platelet aggregation of rat models of blood stasis. The medicine can increase diameter of normal mouse auricula microartery and venule, quicken the velocity of blood stream of microcirculation. Conclusions Zhipianling has good effects in promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis. Improving hemorrheology and regulating microcirculation may be the main mechanism of Zhipianling.
