摘要
目的探讨中成药心脉神口服液 (XMSol)对氧化型低密度脂蛋白 (ox_LDL)致血管内皮细胞(VEC)损伤的细胞保护作用。方法进行人脐静脉内皮细胞 (HUVEC)体外培养 ;用中药血清药理学的方法制备心脉神口服液 (XMSol)含药血清 ;用放射免疫法等技术观察ox_LDL对VEC分泌一氧化氮 (NO)及内皮素 -l(ET-1)的影响并研究心脉神口服液 (XMSol)的保护作用。结果培养液中加有ox_LDL的VEC分泌的NO显著降低 ,分泌的ET-1明显升高。于加入ox_LDL之前预先加入XMSol或同时加入XM Sol时 ,VEC分泌NO较单用ox_LDL明显升高 ,ET-1明显较低。结论心脉神口服液能拮抗ox_LDL致内皮细胞分泌NO下降和ET-1升高。
Objective To investigate the injurious effects of oxidized LDL (ox_LDL) on human endothelial cells(VEC) and protective effects of Xinmaishen oral liquid(XMSol).Methods The effects of ox_LDL on nitric oxide(N0), endothelin_1(ET-1) in cultured human umbilical venous endothelial cells(HUVECs) and the protective role of XMSol were observed.Results Ox_LDL led to a decrease of No release and an increase of ET-1 Which can be reversed by XMSol. Conclusions XMSol has antagonistic effects on ox_LDL_induced decreasing of No and increasing of ET-1 on HUVECs.
