摘要 对已制备脱硫性能较好的脱硫剂 (ZBDS)的再生工艺条件进行了深入的研究 ,在温度为 1 2 0~1 60℃的固定床条件下 ,分别采用N2 吹扫、水蒸气吹扫以及N2 和水蒸气混合吹扫的方法对脱硫剂进行了再生研究。研究结果表明 ,采用N2 和水蒸气混合吹扫的方法能对脱硫剂进行较好的再生 ,多次再生后脱硫剂的脱硫性能稳定 ,且再生后脱硫剂的SEM型貌同新鲜脱硫剂相比变化不明显 。 The regeneration technologic conditions for the preparation of sorbent ZBDS were studied.The research was carried out in fixed bed reactor at 120~160℃ by using N 2,steam and steam mixed with N 2.It was showed that the regeneration conditions by using 60%(v)mixed with N 2 at 140℃ and 2400h -1 conditions was ideal ,the multi regenerated sorbent had better ability of removal of sulfur compounds.The SEM results did not show much difference between the fresh sorbent and third regenerated sorbent,which also indicated that the regenerated sorbent had better ability of removal of sulfur compounds.Those results provided the basis for this sorbent to be used in the petrochemical industries.
