摘要
以废聚乙烯 (PE)、聚丙烯 (PP)和聚苯乙烯 (PS)等为原料 ,研究了通过热裂化、催化裂化、催化改质反应制备车用汽油、柴油的工艺过程 ,得出了各反应过程优化的工艺条件 :采用SH -1型催化剂在3 80℃下进行催化裂化反应 ,油品收率可达 86.0 % ,辛烷值在 80左右 ;采用JD -0 1型催化剂进行异构化反应 ,油品收率可达 82 .0 % ,辛烷值达 93。
The technical process of hot cracking,catalytic cracking and catalytic upgrading for producing gasoline and diesel fuel with waste plastics such as PE,PP and PS were studied.The optimum conditions of reactin process was obtained.The results showed that the gasoline (No.80) was produced by using SH-1 catalysts at the 380 ℃,with yield 86.0%;the gasoline (No.93) was produced by using JD-01 catalyst,with yield 82.0%.
