酸性磷酸酯胺盐的性能及其应用

Properties and application of amine salt of acidity isooctyl-phosphite

介绍了异辛基酸性磷酸酯胺盐极压抗磨剂的改性产品的制备工艺、性能以及在齿轮油中的应用。结果表明 ,改性的产品不仅具有良好的极压抗磨性 ,而且在加氢油中还有优良的油溶性 ,研制的复合剂以质量分数为 4.8%的剂量调制的 80W 90重负荷车辆齿轮油达到了APIGL-5水平。

The synthetic method and properties of improved product of amine salt of acidity isooctyl-phosphite EP/AW additive were introduced,and the application of this additive used into vehicle gear oil was also discussed.Experimental results revealed that the improved additive had good extreme pressure were resistance and solution ability in hydrogenation oil.The 80W/90 heavy loading vehicle gear oil with 4.8% additive package reached the standard of API GL-5.
