摘要
根据企业战略联盟的特点和方式 ,探讨我国聚酯企业之间进行战略联盟的优点。指出 :通过联盟 ,可以产生规模效益 ,提高企业的竞争能力 ,增强企业的研究开发能力及扩大产品的市场份额等。在联盟中应当建立完善的组织设计和管理制度 ,巩固的沟通机制 ,相互信任 ,但不要过分地依赖联盟等。
According to the characteristic and style of enterprise strategic alliance,the advantage of the strategic alliance among polyester enterprises in China is discussed.It is poninted out that through the alliance,the scale economic profits are generated,the competitive ability of the enterprise is improved,the research and development ability,the market portion of the enterrise is strengthened ,perfect orgization design and management rule ,steady communication system,believe in each other should be estabished in the alliance.The alliance should not be depended on excessively.
