Production of polyester Industrial filament

详述本生产装置各部位的工艺参数、特点及原料切片的质量要求。与常规涤纶熔体纺丝相比 ,高强、低伸工业纱纺纱的特点有在纺前添加抗氧剂 ,高温高压纺纱 ,延迟冷却成形 ,两级拉伸及紧张热定型等。切片的 [η]应为 1.0～ 1.1dL/g ,端羧基值≤ 15mol/t,w(水 )≤ 2 0× 10 - 6,等。原丝质量达到工业标准 ,浸胶布产品达到国标。

The process parameters, characteristic and the quality requirement on chip material of different parts in the production equipment are described in detail. Compare with normal polyester melt-spinning, high tenacity low-stretch industrial yarn has the characteristic such as adding anti-oxidation agent before spinning ,spinning at high tempeature ,high pressure , postpone the cooling shaping ,two steps drawing and tension-setting.The intrinsic viscosity of chip should be 1.0~1.1 dL/g, the carboxyl end group value is less than 15 mol/t, the mass fraction of water should be 20×10 -6 . The grey yarn quality can reach the factory standard, the latexed fabric product can reach the national standard of China.
