聚酯切片气送过程中切片皮形成的原因是风速高、温度高和有静电。防治方法是确保输送风速小于 5m/s ,静电接地线要与大地导通。
The reasons for the formation of chip-skin in the polyester chip air transport process are the high air speed,high temperature and static electricity.The prevention methods are ensure the air speed is less than 5 m/s,Static electricity ground wire should be ducting with the earth.
