Analysis and improvement of HTM furnace heating efficiency

分析了影响热媒炉热效率的主要因素 ,介绍了通过对热媒炉盘管干冰除灰和改进风油比控制方式来提高热效率的方法 ,指出提高热媒炉热效率的主要途径是 :降低排烟温度和空气过剩系数。

The main factors which have effect on the efficiency of HTM furnace are analyzed. The methods to improve the heating efficiency by the means of dry ice cleaning ash of the heating pipes, improving the raito of air to oil is introduced. It is pointed out that the main way to improve the heating efficiency is to decrease the smoke temperature and the coefficient of the excessive air.
