摘要
介绍了一种新型的SAW基片材料 -BTS极性微晶玻璃。这种具有晶粒定向结构的BTS极性微晶玻璃 ,具有较高的机电耦合系数和低的延迟温度系数 ,在声表面波器件上具有潜在的应用价值。作者讨论了极性微晶玻璃的晶相组成和晶粒形貌 ,并测量了极性微晶玻璃基片SAW速度和传输损耗 。
A new material for SAW devices and BTS polar glass-ceramics was introduced in this paper.It shows that BTS polar glass ceramics with grain orientation structure have a potential application in SAW devices for their high SAW coupling coefficient and low temperature coefficient of delay.The microstructure and micromorphology of the ceramics were studied,SAW parameters of BTS glass ceramics were measured,and their influnences on the structure of the glass ceramics were discussed.
