Preparation of Absorbable β-Tricalcium Phosphate and Its Application

磷酸三钙、羟基磷灰石以及它们的混合物等磷酸钙陶瓷 ,其成分与骨矿物组成类似 ,生物学相容性好。它们在生理环境下能发生不同程度的降解 ,被组织吸收 ,称为生物降解或生物吸收。本文对可降解 β -磷酸三钙进行了综述 ,介绍了可降解 β -磷酸三钙的制备。

The calcium phosphate ceramics,such as α tricalcium phosphate(α TCP),β TCP,hydraxylapatite(HA) and their mixtures,have similar compositions to bone minerals and have good biocompatibility.They can degrade to different degree in the physiological environment and can be absorbed by the organic tissues.This is called as biodegradation or bioresorption.The absorbable β tricalcium phosphate was described in this paper.The preparation methods and the recent application of absorbable β tricalcium phosphate were discussed.
