我国碳酸钡的市场现状和发展方向

碳酸钡是重要的无机化工产品之一,可分为粉状、粒状和高纯碳酸钡。目前我国大多数厂家采用碳化法,一些中、小型企业采用毒重石法,而只有少数厂家采用成本较高的复分解法生产碳酸钡。2001年全国碳酸钡总产量为50万t,30多家生产厂,在建装置能力11万t/a。预测今后几年碳酸钡的消费将保持增长趋势,出口量将增加。建议发挥原料和生产方法优势,选用新型设备提高装备能力,向专业化、功能化、微细化方向发展碳酸钡产品。

Barium carbonate is a very important inorganic chemical material. It can be divided into powder,granular and high-purity varieties. Most factories use the carbonization method. Some medium and small factories use the barium carbonate ore method. Only a few factories use the double decomposition method with a relatively high cost. The total output was 5001kt in 2001. There are more than 30 factories today and facilities under construction have a capacity of 110 kt/a.It is predicted that the consumption of barium carbonate will keep increasing and the export amount will also be higher in the next few years. It is suggested that we should give full play to the advantages in raw material and production method, select new facilities to improve equipment ability and develop specialized,functional and superfine product varieties.
