DynaWave technique is used in a 20 kt/a sulphuric acid plant.The gas cleaning section uses a process configuration of 1st stage high-efficiency scrubber (DynaWave technique), gas cooling tower, 2nd stage high-efficiency scrubber and wet electro static precipitator. The operation indexes and product quality are improved with 7 t/d of increase in production and 250 m 3/d of decrease in discharged dirty acid.
